Color UN-mixing
Awesome experiment from the Surfing Scientist! Kids investigate laminar flow: liquid flowing in parallel layers. They rotate a cylinder glass, watching colors mix and un-mix right before their eyes!
So I'm a 51 year old librarian looking for STEM/STEAM ideas and I watched this video. AMAZING! I'm goggle-eyed, wondering how it works, and reminded that any scientific experiment that we don't personally understand, can seem like magic! I have to go read up on laminar flow now...
