Spinner Book

Create your very own spinner book on a popsicle stick! This spinner book is a fantastic tool to help kids review the water cycle and stages of a butterfly or plant. It's also an awesome tool for reading comprehension. Kids can create a spinner book of main events! Furthermore, they can simply create a spinning, creative story! All you have to do is divide a circle into fractions, depending on how many "pages" you'd like to have. You can find directions for the 4 cycle book with border here. For the 6 cycle, all I did was divide a circle into sixths (use cardstock). Then, I cut 1/6 out of the cover of my wheel. Personally, I prefer no border because it gives kids more room to write or draw. Attach your two circles with a fastener. Then, add a popsicle stick so kids can hold it like a lollipop.
